Hall Green Health runs a triaged based appointment system, where reception will ask you about your symptoms and pass the information to a Doctor, who will make a clinical based decision and allocate you an appropriate appointment. This could be a call back or face to face appointment with the appropriate clinician either on the day or in the near future.

Friends & Family Test Survey
The Friends and Family Test is a way for all patients to give feedback quickly and have their say on the care and treatment they experience across the NHS in England. It helps to improve local healthcare services for everyone by highlighting what is working well and what can be improved. The FFT has been in use in some hospital services since 2013 and is now expanding to more parts of the NHS, including GP practices from December 2014. Here at Hall Green Health we are now able to offer you, our patients, the opportunity to participate in this survey. You can pick up a survey card the next time you visit the surgery. Alternatively, we have the survey here on our website and we also now send a text message to you 2 hours after an appointment for you to respond to.

From the Friends and Family Test results for August 2015, 63% of our patients said they are extremely likely/likely to recommend our GP practice to friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment.
We received a number of positive comments in August and these included Doctors listening and caring. Patients reporting they had a good service and being able to get an appointment to see the doctor the next day and on a Saturday. We were pleased to hear that nothing was too much trouble and that patients considered the practice to be friendly and efficient, with clean and caring environment and excellent health care staff.
Online Access to Medical Record (Summary)
Hall Green Health is pleased to announce that in addition to online appointment booking and prescription requests you can now register to view your medical record online. At the moment this allows you to view medications, allergies and immunisations but over the coming year this will expand to include most of the medical record. If you want to take advantage of this then please come into the surgery with 2 forms of address ID and one form of photographic ID. There is a patient leaflet which we would like you to share with you, which gives further information about the service. If after reading this, you would still like to progress with this, we will ask that you complete a registration form which will be processed for us to activate this service.
