Join us for a drink, a chat and to find what support is available to you as a carer. This is a free PCN event so carers from Hall Green Health, Northbrook Group Practice and Swanswell Medical Centre are welcome to attend.
With special guest: Sue Hewitt from Birmingham Carers Hub.
