Booking appointments online
Patients can now book appointments online through Patient Access: Access the online appointment system
Your question will be passed to an appropriate member of staff for a response. We aim to respond to all questions within 30 mins – one hour (within opening hours only).
All consultations are by appointment and are available from: 08:30 to 18:00, Monday – Friday.
Only one patient can be seen at one appointment – please make an appointment for each member of the family who needs to be seen. A routine appointment slot is for 10 minutes – if you require a double appointment please ask the receptionist.
All appointments for general surgeries can be booked up to two weeks ahead. Patients may book an appointment online.
Same Day Surgery
To improve access Hall Green Health operates a telephone triage system for on the day appointments.
In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a practice nurse rather than a doctor. Practice nurses are qualified to deal with many ailments and you may be seen more quickly. Practice nurses also deliver a wide range of chronic disease management clinics and reviews including asthma, COPD, diabetes, rheumatology and vascular.
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order to reduce wasted appointments. Appointments can be cancelled via online access and the automated telephone system.
Failure to attend appointments
Patients are asked to inform us with 24 hours’ notice if they are unable to attend; this is to ensure that the appointment can be offered to another patient.
You can cancel your appointment online.
Not attending appointments is a waste of NHS resources. Repeated non-attendees will receive a letter of caution and may result in being asked to register elsewhere.
